The GEBA is involved in transnational projects financed by the federal government and the ESF, such as LernRaum Europa . In cooperation with partner organizations in other European countries, we enable unemployed people to gain work experience abroad and thus improve their chances on the German training and labor market.

In addition, the GEBA stands for qualified placement of skilled workers from abroad in the German training and labor market. Our good relationships with partner organizations in other European countries are a prerequisite for this. Our focus is not only on careful selection, but also on accompaniment and intercultural support during the induction phase. Our focus here is on the placement of nursing staff.
